WVFC Donates to DC Firefighters Burn Foundation

The Warrenton Volunteer Fire Company donated $1,000.00 to the DC Firefighters Burn Foundation during the most recent Fauquier County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association Meeting. The donation came with a separate donation made by  the Association to the Foundation for their efforts, care and support of a Marshall volunteer firefighter who suffered several burns from a house fire in July 2015. The burn foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization established by active and retired Washington D.C. Firefighters. The foundations’ mission is to assist burn patients in the D.C. Metropolitan area with their recovery and rehabilitation, especially firefighters.
