Box 0101 was sounded for a traffic collision. Medic 1 was first to arrive finding a two vehicle collision near the intersection of the dispatched location. Wagon 1 arrived. After a scene size up and a review of Medic 1 findings; Rescue 1 was added for the entrapped driver in one of the vehicles. The Wagon crew began extraction until the arrival of the Rescue. Crews completed a side removal to extricate the occupant. A second occupant requested to be evaluated by the ER, which summoned a second ambulance to the scene. Crews operated just over 30 minutes.
