Sunday, June 21, 2015 1520 – Box 0112 sounded for the traffic collision with possible entrapment. Rescue 1 arrived on scene to find a two vehicle T-bone collision with a total of four patients. Chief 1 arrived on scene and established command. All of the occupants with exception of one self extricated. The remaining occupant required some minor extrication. The three patients were ground transported to Fauquier Hospital while the forth refused care.
