Wednesday, May 21, 2014 – Box 0410 sounded for a traffic collision with entrapment. Units arrived on scene to find a small pickup truck with the cab partially separated from the frame. Engine and Rescue 1 arrived on scene and went to work stabilizing the vehicle preparing for extrication. Once the patient was cut free from the vehicle, Medic 9 transported PT to the LZ. Air Care 1 flew the patient to Fairfax Inova Hospital.
