Monday, February 17, 2014 13:19 Box 0105 was struck for a working structure fire. Chief 1 arrived on scene to find a two story wood framed house with fire showing from Side A. Chief 1 established 4th ST command and requested two addition medic units for two burn patients. Wagon and Tower 1 arrived on scene and quickly went to work making an attack on the fire and performing a primary search. The majority of the fire was knocked in approx. 20 minutes. Crews operated for several hours performing salvage and overhaul due to the type of building construction. Both patients were transported to an LZ located at Fauquier Hospital where they were flown to Washington Burn Center.
