Box 0506 was struck for a residential structure fire. Engine 5 arrived on scene and advised that they had a two story balloon frame house with fire showing from side Delta. Wagon 3 arrived on scene and completed the hose lay while E603 set up a dump site for rural water operations. Tanker 1 arrived on scene, dumped its water, and joined the Tanker Shuttle. Engine 1 arrived on scene and reported to command (Chief 3). Command advised that the crews had made a knock on the exterior fire and for Engine 1 to make entry for interior firefighting operations. HazMat 10 was requested to assist with rehab to give personnel shelter from sub-zero temperatures. Once the interior fire was knocked, company 1 units remained on scene for 4 hours hitting hot spots and performing overhaul.
