Thursday, August 20, 2015 1538 Box 0135 Sounded for the structure fire. First arriving units reported a single story home with smoke venting from a window. Engine 1 established command that was later passed to Battalion 1. Engine 1’s crew advanced an attack like and extinguished a small fire. Meanwhile Rescue 1 completed a primary search and vented the structure. Crews on scene spent approx. 45 minutes on scene checking for extension and overhauling the fire. No injuries were reported and the homeowners did not request Red Cross services.
