Sunday, November 23, 2014 14:22 – Box 0104 was struck for a reported structure fire. Engine 1 arrived on scene and advised that they had a two story single family with smoke coming from the roof. After a 360 of the structure it was determined that there was a working fire on the second floor in the Charlie quadrant. AC 1 arrived on scene and established Hidden Creek Command. Engine 1 advanced an attack line to the second floor to extinguish the fire, while Tower 1 threw ladders, searched for victims, and preformed vertical ventilation of the roof. Once the fire was knocked, crews were rotated into the structure to finish hitting hot spots, and complete overhaul. Company 1 units remained on scene for approx. 2 hours.
