Alarm 0113 was sounded for an outside fire that was spreading rapidly across a field. Engine, Tanker, Attack, Gator, and Command 1 responded with 12 personnel. Units arrived on scene with approximately 2.5 acres on fire. Engine 1’s officer established Pigeon Hill command while the crews worked to knock the fire. Once the fire was knocked, the incident was scaled back to just company 1 units. Crews remained on scene for 1 hour clearing hot spots.
