Multiple Fly Out’s

Today Company One was involved with three landing zones for patient fly outs.  The first LZ was for a vehicle accident on Dumfries Road.  A multi-car accident during the morning commute found a patient with multi-system trauma.  Wagon-1B established a landing zone for AirCare 1 at P.B. Smith Elementary School.   Later in the day an accident on James Madison Hwy. in Remington found Ambulance 1-2 assisting with patient care and Co. 2 set up a nearby landing zone for AirCare 3.  Just two hours later a horse bucked its rider near Clarkes Rd.  in Opal.  Engine 1 provided a landing zone and the victim was flown out on AirCare 3.  Thanks to the outstanding airman ship of the pilots and crews of AirCare!
