Recent Activity
In honor of Women's History Month, we're sharing a throwback of the Ladies Auxiliary. The Ladies Auxiliary was established in 1929 with the purpose to be of assistance to the firemen whenever needed, supporting them in whatever they endeavor. This photo was taken at the Main Street Fire House Banquet Room and includes women from the Ladies Auxiliary (approx. 1969-70).

I want to say “Thank you” for choosing to do what you all do. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude and respect I have for all first responders! Thank you for taking the time away from your family to take care of others. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
About a long week ago, your wonderful caring fire department saved my cat's life... he had climbed a 55’ tree to save himself from a predator. The firefighter staff came after some lengthy deliberation about how to deal with the odd situation. All of you did a spectacular job of organizing a method to save my cat’s life. We are both extremely grateful for you all!
Thank you to the gentleman and ladies who came to my aid when I had difficulty silencing my smoke alarm. They were able to silence the alarm I could not reach, and made sure I was okay before they left. I greatly appreciated their concern. We all need a helping hand at times, and I am truly humbled by the response of the members at Warrenton Volunteer Fire Department. Bless you all for everything you do!
