Alarm 1005 was sounded for an injury. While responding, dispatch advised Medic 1 that the patient had fallen from a horse and was having difficulty remembering the incident. Air Care was requested, and Engine Company 1 was dispatched for the LZ. Engine 1 arrived on scene and set up LZ for Air Care 1.
