Today’s fire safety tip in honor of National Fire Prevention Week deals with having a fire escape plan. Children practice escape plans at schools during their fire drills; are we practicing them at home? To have a good fire escape plan The Warrenton Volunteer Fire Company recommends the following
- Have at least two ways out
- Have a meeting place outside such as the “big tree” or the mailbox
- GET OUT AND STAY OUT
