Alarm 0136 was sounded for a vehicle fire reported a large truck on fire 15 feet from a structure. Engine 1 arrived on scene, established command, and advised that they had a dump truck with the engine compartment fully involved with extension into the cab. Engine 1’s crew quickly knocked the fire, and held with company 1 units. Units remained on scene for an additional 30 minutes hitting hot spots and cleaning up.
