ATTACK-1

Warrenton Volunteer Fire Company is proud to announce the newest member of the fleet, ATTACK-1.  The apparatus was created with three specific missions in mind: Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) fire protection and suppression, Rural Water Supply, and Inclement Weather.  The multi-mission apparatus is modular in design with compartments outfitted to allow for quick changes between incident profiles. The Ford F550 chassis is integrated with General Fire Equipment’s award winning firefighting package.  The 6.7 liter diesel engine’s power reaches the ground through a six speed automatic transmission, moving 400 gallons of water and 20 gallons of Class A foam.  The firefighting package is based upon a Hale 500 gallon per minute pump driven by a 39 horsepower Kubota engine.   We look forward to years of service protecting Fauquier County and The Town of Warrenton with this apparatus.
